The child abuse case in Gloucester has many asking questions wanting to know more about the parents. Brian and Shannon Gore are facing charges of first degree murder, child neglect, and attempted capital murder. So far, the Gores have declined all interview requests but their MySpace pages show a glimpse into their lives.
Shannon Gore's MySpace page says, "I am who I am your opinion isn't needed."Right next to that quote is a picture of a sonogram, but it's unclear when the sonogram was taken.
If you scroll down on the page, under children, she wrote "someday." She gives no indication of what investigators would find. Her last log-in was on April 23. Six days later, detectives said they found her 6-year-old girl caged up inside a mobile home on Carrie Lane.
There is no indication that police would find another dead child buried under her shed. Shannon's neighbor had no clue she had two other children. "Everyone knew she had the new baby, Connor... Everybody that I know that knew Shannon, nobody knew that she had two other children."
Shannon's MySpace profile only highlighted the happy times like a video link of her proposal. The video of the proposal was posted in June 2008.
That was one year after police said Brian and Shannon hid their dead child under a shed. Shannon's page links to Brian's. On his page, he shares his photos of five cars, bragging about his wheels - one of them is a mustang.
In court, Brian Gore told the judge he doesn't own a car, but on his MySpace page, he tells a different story. Shannon's page did too. It's a clear example of how you can never know for sure what goes on behind closed doors.
