The Denver District Attorney has filed felony charges against a man accused of posing as a 19-year-old on the internet to coerce an underage girl into having sex. Jerry Brown, 24, is charged with sexual assault on a child – victim less than 15-years-old, a class four felony. The DA's office says Brown claimed to be nineteen on MySpace to meet an underage girl with whom he had sexual intercourse last September.
