A man from far west suburban Elburn, who works for MySpace.com, has been charged with two misdemeanor counts of public indecency and lewd exposure after exposing himself on a CTA Brown Line train. According to the Chicago Police Department, 36-year-old Douglas Sale exposed himself.

And inappropriately touched himself while looking at a 25-year-old woman on March 31st at 3:40 pm. Police report a similar incident happened later that same day involving a 28-year-old woman riding her bicycle near the 1200 block of W. North Shore Avenue. Sale reportedly has a history of indecent exposure.

The recent incidents occurred a week after Sale pleaded guilty to the same charges in Cook County and was sentenced to three months of court supervision, according to court records. Also, these new charges come one year to the day that Sale's public indecency case in Kane County concluded, according to court records. Sale pleaded guilty in the 2006 case. That case also ended with court supervision.
