An Ulster County woman is paying the price for illegally collecting worker's compensation benefits while working full time after posting about her new job on MySpace. Alexis Muniz, 28, of Accord, pleaded guilty to grand larceny and worker's compensation fraud, both felonies, in Sullivan County Court last week. Muniz admitted to federal investigators she was employed full time as a property manager at an apartment complex while receiving worker's comp benefits. She was ordered to pay $8,975 restitution and was given a conditional discharge.
